Overview:
The Creative Production Assistant will play a key role in supporting creative direction, styling, and production across all MING HAUSE and HAUSE1229 projects. From photoshoots and campaigns to event activations and digital storytelling, this role is for a hands-on creative who thrives in fast-paced, style-forward environments.
You’ll help bring ideas from concept to reality — blending fashion, culture, and community through intentional visuals, set design, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
Production & Creative Support:
• Assist with pre-production planning for brand shoots, pop-ups, and campaigns (shot lists, schedules, call sheets, and coordination).
• Support wardrobe pulls, prop sourcing, set styling, and creative moodboard execution.
• Capture BTS (behind-the-scenes) content and assist in documenting the creative process for social media.
• Manage inventory of garments, accessories, and hair products for MING HAUSE shoots or client projects.
• Ensure all creative materials are organized and prepared for content days or events.
On-Set & Event Assistance:
• Support day-of shoot logistics: setup, styling, talent coordination, and overall flow.
• Assist with brand events or pop-ups — ensuring visuals, decor, and displays reflect the brand aesthetic.
• Help maintain an elevated and welcoming atmosphere during productions (refreshments, music, energy).
Digital & Organizational Tasks:
• Assist in uploading and organizing photo/video assets in Google Drive and project folders.
• Research creative trends, styling inspiration, and potential collaborators or locations.
• Support the HAUSE1229 sustainability focus by helping repurpose and style existing pieces.
• Contribute to content planning and rollout for social media and campaign storytelling.

The Executive Assistant will serve as the right hand to Creative Director, Miczjhane Nelson, helping manage the day-to-day flow of projects, partnerships, and content creation across multiple brands. This role blends administrative excellence with a creative touch — ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in the world of fashion, beauty, and digital storytelling.
You’ll help keep Miczjhane’s creative calendar, brand partnerships, and social content on track while supporting the execution of campaigns, shoots, and events.

Key Responsibilities:
Content & Brand Coordination
• Schedule and manage upcoming content days, ensuring all wardrobe, props, and materials are prepped in advance.
• Coordinate communication with photographers, makeup artists, and creative collaborators.
• Post or schedule affiliate content (Amazon Storefront, LTK, and brand partnerships).
• Track affiliate links, performance insights, and deliverables.
• Ensure content calendars for MICZJHANE remain up-to-date.
Administrative & Scheduling Support
• Maintain Miczjhane’s calendar — organizing meetings, travel, and brand deadlines.
• Handle email correspondence, follow-ups, and inquiries from managers, brands, or collaborators.
• Organize content folders, contracts, and brand briefs in Google Drive.
• Prepare recaps or light reports on brand collaborations and campaign performance.
Production & Creative Prep
• Assist in prepping creative spaces for shoot days (set styling, garment steaming, setup).
• Help pack and organize products or looks for upcoming campaigns and travel.
• Support with behind-the-scenes coordination on shoot or event days.
• Liaise with the Creative Production Assistant to ensure smooth execution between planning and production.
